"I am a very disappointed former customer of this State Farm location. I was promised discounts on my policy by one of the agents, Mary, which ultimately were never applied. My insurance increased by nearly $200, leaving me paying close to $600 for a single vehicle. In addition to the pricing issues, I found the communication to be unprofessional. The emails I received were written in an informal, text-like manner, and there were inappropriate comments made about the city I had recently moved to, which I found unnecessary and unprofessional. I have since switched to a new insurance company that has been far more professional and transparent, and I am now saving $200. If you choose to stay with this State Farm location, I strongly recommend requesting a different agent for a more professional experience."

A few days go by with no contact. Followed up (email and phone) over several weeks to check on status. No response from company. Had to initiate fraud claim with credit card company.
